Here is my offering for more Halloween music. There are a variety of styles on this album, beginning with a 1950's style rock-n-roll piece titled "Spider Dance" featuring saxophone. "Tombeau" (French for Tombstone) is undoubtedly one of the most haunting pieces that I have ever written. It is named after the renaissance dance that was an offshoot of the pavan. "Fugal State" is a unapologetic fugue for organ that has an appropriate complexity. "Dragon Waltz" features a genuine dragon accompaniment (well, it could be). "Marche Funèbre" is a New Orleans style funeral march (hence the French title). "March of the Trolls" is an unabashed triumphal march in a minor key, featuring brass instruments. Enjoy the moods and imagery in the music - and be sure to listen to them year 'round!
