The Bouncing Souls are dedicated to the art of living and living to them is punk rock. Not the smelly toilet stall, heroin addicted punk rock, the blissful celebration of youth and individuality punk rock. Maniacl Laughter made it's original debut in early '96 would not only represent some of the bands hardest material but their catchiest as well. It incorporates the usual high-octane punk punk, tempered with the bans amazing with and song craft savvy.
