Sepultura one of heavy metals most respected group of artists, is about to unveil their most impressive undertaking to date. Together with esteemed film soundtrack producer Andre Moraes, Sepultrua have produced the ultimate expression of angst and frustration with today's society. DANTE XXI is based on the 14th century Italian epic, the Divine Comedy by Dante Allighieri. Similiar to Allighieri's body of work, DANTE XXI is broken into three sections,: Hell, Purgatory and Paradise. It's a conceptual piece of epic proportions.

Once their classic lineup splinters, many bands collapse under the weight of unattainable expectations. Despite the frontman transition from Max Cavalera to Derrick Green, Sepultura have competently stuck to their roots bloody roots, maintaining a spirit of thrash-ploration long dormant in their old school contemporaries.
