Reviews:

''Nothing Gold Can Stay'' is the debut studio album by American rock band New Found Glory (then ''A New Found Glory''), released on October 19, 1999 through independent record label Eulogy Recordings. The album contains samplings from several films including ''That Thing You Do!'', ''Weird Science'' and ''The Outsiders'' throughout the songs (e.g. "Hit or Miss (Waited Too Long)" included the poem "Nothing Gold Can Stay" by Robert Frost).

On the strength of the release, Richard Reines, co-founder of Drive-Thru Records, signed the band, paying Eulogy $5,000 to license the record. The album garnered a cult following and went on to sell in excess of 300,000 copies. Also noted for its influence on contemporary pop punk music, fan favorites from the album such as "2's & 3's" and "3rd and Long" are still regularly included in the band's live set today. - Wikipedia
