With sales of over 70 million records, Charley Pride is one of the most successful country music artists of all time. His chart successes include 29 #1 singles and 12 #1 albums. He was voted Country Music Association's Male Vocalist of the Year in 1971 and 1972 as well as Entertainer of the Year in 1971. The She's Just An Old Love Turned Memory album was released in 1977 reaching #6 in the Billboard country charts. Two #1 singles were lifted from the album, the title track and 'I'll Be Leaving Alone'. A third single 'A Whole Lotta Things To Sing About' reached #2. The Someone Loves You Honey album was released in 1978 reaching #4 in the charts. It also produced two #1 singles, the title track and 'More To Me'.
