Australian country music royalty, Adam Harvey and Beccy Cole have reunited for The Great Country Songbook Volume III, the anticipated follow up to previous Volumes II (with Beccy Cole) and Volume I (with Troy Cassar-Daley) which have sold over 100k between them. The album will be released on September 9th and will accompanied by a nation-wide tour. When the entire music industry began to re-emerge from Covid, it became evident that Beccy was really struggling personally. Adam stayed in constant contact with his good friend and suggested that they record a new album together. In Beccy's own words, "A few months ago when I wasn't doing so well, my friend Adam Harvey checked in on me every week or so. He asked if there was anything he could do and I said 'You could tour with me again, they are my happiest times.' So he changed his year around and orchestrated this whole project. A new album, and a tour. He said if I got better, he would tour with me till the bloody wheels fall off! That's what you call a friend."The Great Country Songbook Volume III is about two best friends getting together again to record some of their favourite country songs. Some well-known. Others cult classics. Recorded at the Music Cellar on the NSW Central Coast with engineer Jeff McCormack (Kasey Chambers, Catherine Britt), Adam and Beccy relished in the role of producing the project themselves
